Euroriva Engineering Group is a UK-based engineering and business platform working at the intersection of strategy, engineering and execution.
We support companies that are dealing with uncertainty — whether that uncertainty comes from entering a new market, making critical technical decisions, or managing complex projects across borders.
Our clients often come to us when things are not broken, but no longer fully working either.
They know progress is possible — they just need clarity on how to move forward.

Our founder
Euroriva was founded by Koray Kayalı, an engineer who has spent his career working at the point where technical decisions turn into real-world consequences.
Across industrial projects, international business development and cross-border engineering operations in the UK and Europe, Koray has worked closely with engineering teams, suppliers and decision-makers — often stepping in when projects were moving, but not truly progressing.
What he observed repeatedly was not a lack of expertise or effort, but a lack of alignment: between strategy and engineering, between plans and execution, between what was designed and what actually happened on site.
His work today focuses on resolving that gap — helping organisations slow down at the right moment, ask better questions, and make decisions that hold up not only on paper, but in operation.
Euroriva was built around this belief:
that the most critical engineering decisions are rarely technical alone — they sit at the intersection of judgment, timing and responsibility. And that is exactly where Koray chooses to work.

Euroriva is headquartered in the United Kingdom and operates across the UK, Europe and Türkiye.
This position allows us to:
- support Türkiye-based companies building a credible presence in the UK & Europe, and
- assist UK & Europe-based organisations with engineering, sourcing and project support across borders.
We understand the differences in market expectations, technical standards, decision-making cultures and supplier dynamics.
And we work comfortably within those differences, acting as a bridge where alignment matters most.
