Where We Work
Material Handling & Bulk Solids: Our Ground
This is the environment where our project experience runs deepest. We’ve managed projects in it. We’ve built supplier relationships across it. We’ve coordinated installations in it, across the UK, Europe, and Türkiye.
- Mechanical & Pneumatic Conveying: Belt conveyors, screw conveyors, bucket elevators, and pneumatic transfer lines. We handle design, sourcing, and installation oversight.
- Silo, Hopper & Storage Systems: Bulk storage design, flow property assessment, discharge equipment, and level measurement. This ranges from single bins to multi-silo configurations.
- Feeding, Dosing & Weighing Systems: Gravimetric and volumetric feeders, weigh hoppers, and batching systems. We integrate these with upstream and downstream equipment.
- Dust Control & Filtration: Dust extraction, filter systems, and explosion risk mitigation. We specify and coordinate these as part of the wider system.
- Screening, Separation & Size Reduction: Vibrating screens, magnetic separators, crushers, and mills. These apply across recycling, aggregates, and processing.
- Recycling & Industrial Recovery Systems: Material recovery lines, sorting and classification systems, and secondary processing equipment. We support these as compact turnkey or coordination scopes.

Project Scoping & Feasibility

Purpose
To produce a structured, engineering-led project definition. This includes scope, layout, equipment list, supplier options, and a realistic budget and programme. We do this before contracts are placed or resources committed.
What we do
- Review process requirements and define project scope in engineering terms
- Develop layout concepts and equipment arrangement against site constraints
- Produce an indicative equipment list with preliminary specifications
- Identify suitable supplier options: UK, European, and Türkiye-based
- Develop a realistic budget range and programme outline
- Identify key risks, interfaces, and decision points before commitment
- Produce a project brief suitable for quotation or internal sign-off
Outcome
A clear project definition. This covers scope, equipment, budget, and risks. It gives you the confidence to move forward, or a solid basis to stop. Either way, you know where you stand.
Supplier Coordination & Project Delivery
Multiple suppliers. One point of accountability.

Purpose
To manage the technical and commercial coordination of your project. This runs from supplier selection through to delivery on site. We do this as the accountable project owner.
What we do
- Manage the tender and quotation process across multiple suppliers
- Evaluate bids technically and commercially, with documented comparison
- Coordinate supplier contracts, schedules, and technical submittals
- Act as the single technical point of contact between you and all suppliers
- Manage design and interface coordination between equipment items
- Track delivery schedules and raise early warnings when milestones are at risk
- Attend Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) at supplier facilities
- Manage technical queries, variations, and non-conformances through to resolution
Outcome
A project that moves. It has clear accountability, documented decisions, and no gaps between suppliers. You focus on your business. We own the delivery.
Technical Coordination & Integration Support
Your project. We close the gaps.
↳ Integration Partner
Purpose
To give clear technical and business support for a project you already manage. This reduces friction, misalignment, and risk across suppliers, disciplines, and geographies.
What we do
- Coordinate between engineering teams, suppliers, contractors, and site teams
- Manage cross-border technical communication, particularly TR-UK-EU interfaces
- Support technical due diligence, design reviews, and interface management
- Align schedules, responsibilities, and expectations across all parties
- Identify and escalate misalignments before they become programme risks
- Act as a neutral technical bridge between parties with conflicting priorities
- Provide structured reporting to the project owner on coordination status
Outcome
Reduced friction, fewer surprises, and clearer communication across every interface. Who owns the project never changes.
Installation Oversight & Commissioning
From delivery to first production, without the gaps.

Purpose
To provide hands-on technical oversight through installation, site acceptance testing, and commissioning. This makes sure the system performs as specified in the real operating environment.
What we do
- Coordinate installation sequencing and site readiness with contractors and suppliers
- Oversee installation against design drawings and technical specifications
- Attend and support FAT and SAT preparation, execution, and follow-up
- Lead or support commissioning and start-up activities with supplier engineers
- Identify and resolve integration issues between new equipment and existing systems
- Produce a commissioning report and punch list close-out record
- Provide post-commissioning support during the critical early operation period
Outcome
A system that works as specified. Handed over properly, with no outstanding issues.
